Buyer acknowledges that the property is subject to a mortgage foreclosure for an estate assets that necessitates the need for the Court to approve this Agreement and Sale. Property is in need if a complete renovation. Agreement of sale to be submitted to the listing agent by noon January 2, 2026 .
